JAQ Minerals was founded by Jorge Alamos, a business leader with more than 20 years in commercial management across Chile and Canada, and formal studies in Business Management at Humber College, Toronto. His career spans multinational operations at Movistar (Telefónica), Wall Street English, and the founding and direction of specialized services firms in both hemispheres.

For years he led the training and official certification of skilled workers before the Government of Chile under the SENCE framework and the NCh 2728 quality standard — directing certified training institutions and delivering compliant programs for the mining, industrial and corporate sectors.

Through that work, JAQ Minerals maintains an active network of relationships with leading Chilean academic institutions and accredited certification bodies — the same network we now activate to identify, vet and mobilize senior Chilean talent toward the United States.
